NHTD/TBI Service Planner

IMPROVE THE LIVES OF SENIORS OR INDIVIDUALS WITH INJURIES. As an NHTD/TBI Service Coordinator, you will coordinate services, perform in-home assessments, and champion your clients' needs. Must have experience serving vulnerable populations and a degree in Health, Human Services, or Education. A valid driver's license is preferred. Located in BP, this position offers 25-32 hours per week and competitive compensation!
